GENERAL INFORMATION

All faucets and shower sets are approved by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. These sets also comply with NSF 61 and ASME/ANSI A112.18.1M standard and the pressure balanced and thermostatic valves comply with CSA B-125. Many of our products conform to the principles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Metal Finishes & Maintenance
All metal finishes other than chrome are coated with a clear baked lacquer. To maintain the finish, use a soft cloth, warm water and a non-abrasive cleaner.
Please be aware that some finishes are more durable than others. Hard water conditions or the use of polish, detergents, abrasive cleaners, organic solvents, or acid to polish or clean, could radically shorten the useful life of the finish.

Valving
Plumbing fittings with knobs are furnished with right hand valves. Sets with lever handles have right and left hand valves. Lavatory and deck tub valves as well as 2-valve wall bodies have one-quarter turn, positive stop, ceramic disk cartridges. All deck tub sets come standard with full port 3/4” valves.
